I want YOU'R opinion

I was reading an article online talking about how many parents who's childern committed suicide are trying very hard to make it illegal to cyberbully . I thought that this is a very good idea. Every day over 100 people commit suicide because of bulling and the only way to make people want to stop cyber bulling is by making them criminals. Do you agree that Cyberbulling should be illegal?
